Shipping costs Germany
For the shipping of carpets we charge you a flat rate of shipping costs amounting 6.90 EUR.
If the carpet exceeds the size of 300 x 200 cm, we charge you a additional oversize fee of about 10,- EUR. For deliveries on the German Isles we charge you a additional fee of 10,- EUR for small and 20,- EUR for bigger carpets (300 x 200 cm and larger).
Shipping costs Austria
For Austria we charge you a shipping costs flat rate of 9.90 EUR.
If the carpet is 300 x 200 cm or larger we charge you additionally 10,- EUR as oversize fee.
Shipping costs Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland we charge you a shipping costs flat rate of 15.90 EUR.
Additionally to that you have to pay a handling fee of 35,- EUR + customs fee (the forwarder charges them additionally).
The VAT will be reimbursed for purchaser from Switzerland right after receipt of a copy of the customs import documents.
Information to the shipping
We send the goods immediately after receipt of your payment, normally within 3 to 7 working days, from Monday to Saturday. Please consider, that your money needs time to reach us, as well if the payment is effected with online banking. All our deliveries are insured up to a merchandise value of 500,00 Euro. Additionally to that goods can be extra insured.
We normally ship our packages with UPS or GLS. You receive an email from us right after pick up of the goods by the forwarder.
In this email we indicate the tracking number of the consignment, so that you can trace the goods online by yourself and can, if the occasion arise, ask the forwarder UPS/GLS directly about the delivery of the goods.

The delivery time by forwarder UPS/GLS is normally about 3 working days.
Pick up by the customer
Of course, you can pickup your online order free of transport charge in our premises in Leinfelden-Echterdingen from Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m..
