For deliveries to Switzerland we charge a flat fee of 12.90 €. per carpet, if there a collected shipping is not possible.
In addition, a handling fee of 25, - € + customs fees have to be paid (by the forwarder charges).
The VAT for orders shipped to Switzerland will be refunded once we receive a copy of the import documents.

Please understand that we send by cash on delivery only starting from 200, - EUR to foreign countries (only Austria and Poland).
We send the goods immediately upon receipt of payment, usually within 3 to 7 working days, from Monday to Saturday. Please note that even when using online - banking the money needs a time to reach us.
All our shipments are insured up to a value of 500,00 € for you. In addition, there is a possibility for a extra insurance.
We normally ship our packages with UPS or GLS. After the package was picked up from UPS / GLS you will receive an e-mail. In this e-mail there is the tracking number of your package, so you can track your package online on your own. With this tracking number you can possibly ask for UPS / GLS your personal request.
